Day-by-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi – A City of Contrasts

The journey starts from Delhi, where you are welcomed by our representative at the airport, and taken to your hotel for a check-in process. Once all that is done, time to check out the city!

Old Delhi is where history comes alive. Explore the market laden with spice shops and street food stalls of Chandni Chowk. Step inside one of India’s largest mosques, Jama Masjid, and check out the stunning red sandstone of the Red Fort, which used to be the home of Mughal emperors.

Afterwards drive past the broad avenues of New Delhi. Take a look at the India Gate, an impressive war memorial that sparkles in the evening, and a look at the the President’s House, which is a symbol of India’s colonial past. Overnight stay in Delhi.

On the second day of your Golden Triangle Tour 5 days, you will be leaving Delhi behind and head to Agra. The drive takes you through the countryside, giving you glimpses of rural India along the way.

Once you reach Agra, visit the imposing Agra Fort, the red sandstone castle was home to emperors. Head to Mehtab Bagh (Moonlight Garden) in the evening–a riverside garden that overlooks the Taj Mahal and one of the most stunning sunset views of the Taj Mahal.

After breakfast, set out for Jaipur, but first make a stop at Fatehpur Sikri. This deserted Mughal city is a masterpiece of red sandstone, with stunning architecture and fascinating history. Though it was abandoned, its beauty remains intact.

Continue your journey to Jaipur, known as the Pink City. Once you arrive, take time to stroll through the local markets. The bazaars are lively with textiles, jewelry, and handicrafts—perfect for souvenirs. Dinner in Jaipur introduces you to rich Rajasthani flavors. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

This is the day where Jaipur’s regal charm unfolds. Begin at Amber Fort, perched high on a hill. A Jeep ride or elephant walk adds adventure to your climb. Inside the fort, the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors) dazzles with its intricate glasswork.

Next, visit the City Palace, still partly home to Jaipur’s royal family. Its courtyards and museums showcase the city’s heritage. Step outside to admire the Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Winds, with its honeycomb façade designed for royal women to observe life outside without being seen.

Don’t miss Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory that highlights India’s scientific ingenuity. By evening, you can either relax at your hotel or head back to the markets for shopping and street food. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Your final day of the Golden Triangle Tour 5 days begins your last day starts with a leisurely breakfast. As you head back to Delhi, you make visits to 2 more jewels of Mughal history; Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb. They are both a UNESCO world heritage sites and reflect their splendor of its time.

On your arrive at Delhi, our representative will drop you to airport. And with that, we end our journey, but not without taking home the memories of palaces, forts, markets, and the Taj Mahal.
