When you enquire about or book a tour with us, we typically collect information such as your name, contact details, travel dates, group size, and any preferences or requirements you share with us including health or safety information you choose to provide, so we can plan your trip appropriately.

We use your information to plan, confirm, and deliver your tour arranging hotels, transport, guides, and any experiences included in your itinerary. We do not use your information for anything beyond what’s necessary to plan and run your trip, and to communicate with you about
it.
Who We Share It With
Delivering your trip means working with real partners on your behalf, so we do share relevant information with:
- Hotels and accommodation providers, to confirm your stay
- Transport providers, including drivers and, where applicable, airlines
- Local guides and safari/permit authorities, where required for entry or booking permits (for example, Ranthambore National Park requires passport details to issue safari permits)
- Payment processors, to handle your transaction securely
- Public authorities, such as customs or immigration, only where required by law
We only share what’s genuinely needed for each of these purposes we don’t sell or pass on your information for marketing or any unrelated use.

A Note on Trust
We’re a government-registered Indian tour operator (Udyam and GST registered), and we know that trusting an overseas company with your personal details, before you’ve even met us, takes a real leap of faith. We don’t take that lightly. If you ever have a question about how your
information is being used before, during, or after your trip just ask us directly. We’d always rather explain than leave you wondering.
