Day 2 Delhi - Old and New, Side by Side
A full day exploring a city that layers six empires on top of one another, Walk through Old Delhi’s Jama Masjid and the Red Fort, then see how the city shifts into its colonial and modern character at India Gate and Humayun’s Tomb Mughal architecture so influential it later shaped the design of the Taj Mahal itself. Day 3 Delhi to Agra - The Oberoi Amarvilas

Day 6 Departure

Where it’s officially permitted, yes for example, early sunrise entry to the Taj Mahal ahead of the general crowds, Fully private after-hours access to state-run monuments is restricted by the Archaeological Survey of India regardless of operator, but we’ll always arrange the earliest and least crowded viewing windows available.
What's the typical pace of each day is it rushed?
No. This itinerary is deliberately paced for two to three key experiences per day rather than a packed sightseeing checklist, with time built in to actually enjoy the hotels themselves, not just sleep in them.
Can dietary needs or allergies be accommodated at these hotels?
Yes. Oberoi, Leela, and Taj properties all handle dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, Jain, and allergy-specific needs, routinely let us know in advance so we can brief each hotel ahead of your stay.

How far in advance should we book, given these are flagship properties?
Suites at Rambagh Palace, Amarvilas, and The Leela Palace can book out months ahead during peak season (October–March). We’d recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for peak dates, though we’re happy to check live availability for shorter notice.

Yes our representative meets you at Delhi airport on arrival, and departure transfers are arranged from Jaipur or Delhi depending on your onward flight.
Can this tour be done outside the October–March peak season?
Yes, and it’s often a better value April to June is hot but the cities and hotels are far less crowded, and July to September (monsoon) brings dramatic skies and green landscapes rarely seen in tourist photos. Suite availability at flagship properties is also easier to secure outside peak months.
