Hello, travel lovers! I’m Ahmad, your tour coordinator, and I can’t wait to assist you with an incredible lifetime experience: the Holi Festival tour with the Golden Triangle of India.

Let’s plan your unforgettable journey through India, where you can dive into the magic of Holi—a festival of colors that brings joy and excitement. You’ll make new friends and find you dancing and celebrating amidst vibrant colors and flowers on this Golden Triangle Holi Festival Tour.
Experience India’s rich culture as we explore the iconic cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, all part of the renowned Golden Triangle tour circuit. Each city is filled with history, charm, and festive cheer. Celebrate the arrival of spring by playing with natural color powders known as “gulal” and “rang” in Hindi, and learn a bit of the language along the way!
After the festivities, you’ll enjoy delicious sweets and dance to traditional folk music, as Holi brings people together in a spirit of love and renewal.

Details Overview

The second part of this Holi festival tour, featuring the Golden India Triangle, is “AGRA – Taj MAHAL.” We will continue to Agra to visit the spellbinding Taj Mahal. During a private tour with our knowledgeable local guides, you’ll learn about the history of this ornate marble mausoleum and admire the incredible craftsmanship of the inlaid stone decorations and intricately carved marble screens.

You will also visit local marble studios, where you can witness the process of marble work, from cutting to the final touches applied by skilled artisans. You’ll be amazed to learn about the history behind this craft. Additionally, we will explore the markets and visit Agra Fort.
Later in the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula, also known as the Baby Taj, and Mehtab Bagh, a famous garden overlooking the Taj Mahal along the banks of the Yamuna River.
As part of this Golden India Triangle tour, you will also have the chance to buy and try on traditional Indian attire, such as beautiful saree for females and kurta pajamas for males, ensuring you have the best photos at the Taj Mahal to create lasting memories.
Be sure to buy colorful attire for your visit to the Taj Mahal, but don’t forget to get a white kurta pajama to soak in the vibrant colors. This outfit is an important part of the Holi festival tour, especially in the Golden Triangle region, both before and after the festival.

After the Agra Taj Mahal tour, we will continue to Jaipur, the famed Pink City of Rajasthan. Jaipur has a unique vibe for many reasons, including the Holi festival, stunning photo opportunities with royal monuments, delicious food, refreshing Rajasthani drinks, and being a shopping paradise in India.

On our private tour of this city, we will see the highlights of the vast City Palace and admire the beautifully carved sandstone facade of the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). One day will be dedicated to visiting the Amber Fort, an impressive hilltop fortress and UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can marvel at the spectacular Sheesh Mahal, a room adorned with dazzling mirror mosaics.
We’ll also explore the local bazaars, where you’ll see the magic of Holi colors everywhere we go. Holi is especially significant in Rajasthan, and Jaipur is renowned for its celebrations. We will have the opportunity to experience the festivities at our hotel or at organized gatherings featuring dance and color. Moreover, you will be invited to a local family’s home for a cooking experience and dinner.

This journey isn’t just an India tour with the Holi festival; it’s an overall experience that will make you feel more alive and youthful, allowing you to fall in love with India. It will inspire you to return for more adventures or festivals in the future. India is a vast country rich in yoga, Ayurveda, spices, diverse festivals, beautiful beaches, the high-altitude region of Ladakh, deserts, delicious food, and vibrant colors, always ready to welcome travelers from around the world.
